Carousel is a useful tool for regulation of vegetative growth in intensively managed orchards where growth management and fruit regulation is a prime requirement. Repeat spray programmes, used on a flexible basis allows for differences in tree vigour, growing method and user needs.

In addition to providing growth control, carousel can also give moderate suppression of apple and pear scab and powdery mildew (fungicide programmes should be maintained for full disease control.)
